Refund Policy

1. All requests for refunds will be considered individually.


2. Please submit all relevant information and other documents when making your request.


3. Refunds may be given at the discretion of the management.


4. Requests for refunds should be sent as a logged enquiry from the support section of your online Account or by email to accounts@webcore.ie.


5. We will endeavour to deal with requests for refunds within 10 working days.


6. You have the right to cancel within 7 days of your order with us, or 7 days of receipt of service (whichever is the longer).


7. All amounts paid to Webcore Hosting for domain name purchases are non refundable.
